Framed, checked, and carefully packed before it leaves us — this takes 3–4 business days. Delivery then takes 4–7 days, a little longer than apparel, so your frame arrives in one piece. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

For Our Errors (Damage, Print Defect, Wrong Item):
We'll ship a free replacement. Email hello@junoshi.in within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video, clear photos of the item and packaging, and the shipping label. We'll verify and process in 3–5 business days.

Framed Posters — Transit Damage:
Frames and glass can crack in transit. Your unboxing video must show the sealed package before opening and the frame/glass condition on removal — this is how we confirm damage happened in transit, not after delivery. No video, no replacement.

For Correct Items (Color/Print Preference):
No exchanges or returns — items are custom-printed and can't be resold. Screen colors vary from print colors; we shoot in natural light for accuracy but can't guarantee an exact match to your device. Check product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering.
