Your custom apparel is made on order, so it takes 2–3 business days to print and dispatch. After that, delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your location. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

 

Absolutely! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India. Simply select the COD option right on the product page — no need to navigate through multiple pages during checkout. Just choose COD, fill out the required details in one easy form, and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience!

If you received the wrong size due to a mistake on our part (for example, we shipped a different size than you selected), we’ll ship you the correct size absolutely free of charge — no returns or extra steps required. Just email us at hello@junoshi.in with a photo of what you received, along with the original packaging and shipping label visible.

However, if the correct size and color you selected at the time of ordering were delivered to you, we do not offer replacements or exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
