Your custom apparel is made on order, so it takes 2–3 business days to print and dispatch. After that, delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your location. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

Absolutely! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India. Simply select the COD option right on the product page — no need to navigate through multiple pages during checkout. Just choose COD, fill out the required details in one easy form, and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience!

Wrong size shipped by us, a print defect, or damage? We replace it free. Email hello@junoshi.in within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video, photos of the item, and the packaging with shipping label. 

First order and the size doesn't fit? One free size exchange, no return shipping, with the same 7 days, unboxing video and order number, and the item unworn with tags on. 

Right size and colour but changed your mind? We can't take returns, because every piece is printed for you after you order.

Not at all — as long as you follow the wash care instructions. Cold wash, inside-out, and avoid ironing directly on the design.
