Every JUNOSHI piece is made fresh — just for you. Your order is printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes another 2–5 days depending on your location.

Most orders arrive earlier than expected. And yes — we ship everywhere in India. Metro, Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3. If you're in India, your feeling reaches you.

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a "Your order got dispatched" message with your tracking number (AWB). Paste it into our Track Your Order page to see where your parcel is, no login needed. Go ahead, stalk your package like a true desi detective. 👀

No dispatch email yet? Your order is most likely still being printed. We dispatch within 2-3 business days. Still stuck? Write to hello@junoshi.in with your order number.

Wrong size shipped by us, a print defect, or damage? We replace it free. Email hello@junoshi.in within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video, photos of the item, and the packaging with shipping label.

First order and the size doesn't fit? One free size exchange, no return shipping, with the same 7 days, unboxing video and order number, and the item unworn with tags on.

Slight colour variations are normal — every screen calibrates differently and lighting changes how prints appear. We photograph all products in natural light to give you the most accurate representation we can.

We replace only if the wrong colour was shipped (e.g., you ordered black and received white). Colour preference differences are not covered.

Tip: Check all product photos and read the colour name carefully before placing your order.

Every JUNOSHI piece is printed with DTF (Direct-to-Film), the same method every time, fresh after you order.

Why DTF:

• Colour that shows up. Full-colour artwork prints bright on both light and dark garments, so a design reads clearly on a black sweatshirt as well as a white tee.
• Sharp detail. Fine edges and small details come out crisp.
• Works across fabrics. It prints well on cotton and cotton blends, so we can choose the right fabric for each piece, from classic tees to terry to sweatshirts.
• Made for made-to-order. There are no screens to set up per colour and no bulk runs, so printing a single piece when you order makes sense. That's how we keep waste low.
• Built for regular washing. Wash it inside out in cold water and the print is made to stay vivid and soft.

Different tees use different fabrics, chosen for the fit. The details are on every product page too.

Classic, polo and oversized classic tees are pre-shrunk and bio-washed. Melange colours are 90% cotton, 10% melange mix. Every piece is printed with DTF after you order.

Sizes depend on the piece. Exact measurements are on every product page.

Not every design comes in every size. The size selector on each product page shows what's available. Between sizes? Size up for comfort.

Not yet — all products are currently sold with pre-designed graphics from our collections. But custom drops are coming. Stay tuned, or drop us a note at hello@junoshi.in with what you'd want. We read every message.

Yes, COD is available on most orders across India. Choose COD on the product page, fill in your details in one step, and you're done.

COD charges: per-item shipping, plus a ₹49 handling fee that applies once per order.

Example: 2 T-shirts on COD = ₹90 + ₹90 shipping + ₹49 handling = ₹229. Every charge shows at checkout before you confirm.

Prepaid orders ship free across India.
