For Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products

We've got your back.

If your product shows up with a misprint, print defect, damage, or quality issue — no stress, we'll replace it 100% free of charge.

Just drop us an email at hello@junoshi.in within 7 days of delivery with:

• A few clear photos or a short video showing the issue
• Original packaging with the shipping label + your details visible

Once we verify it, we'll ship out a fresh replacement — no returns, no reverse pickup.  
Yup, you get to keep both — the original and the new one. 💯

Because fixing issues shouldn't be more annoying than the issue itself. ✌️



For Wrong Size/Color Shipped (Our Error)
------------------------------------

Oops — if we sent you the wrong size or color by mistake, don't worry.  
We'll send you the correct one totally free — no extra charges, no drama.

Just email us at hello@junoshi.in within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of what you received (showing the size tag/color)
• The original packaging with the shipping label + your details visible

Once we verify everything, your correct order will be on its way.

For Correct Items Delivered (Size/Fit/Color Preference)

If you received the correct size and color as you ordered, but:
• The size doesn't fit as expected
• You don't like how the color looks in person  
• You changed your mind about the style

We cannot offer exchanges or returns. Here's why:

Each JUNOSHI item is custom-made just for you — printed fresh after your order. These pieces can't be resold or restocked, which keeps our prices affordable and reduces waste.

 

About Color Variations: 

Slight color differences between your screen and the actual product are normal due to display settings and lighting. We photograph all items in natural light for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee exact color matches to your specific device.

 

Before ordering: 

✓ Check our detailed size chart carefully ( available on each product page)  
✓ Review all product photos (we shoot in natural light)  
✓ Read product descriptions and color names

For Order Non-Delivery and Customer Request for Refund/Reshipment
-----------------------------------------------

Consider this: your order was out for delivery, but it didn't make it to you because of one of the following reasons:

• You weren't reachable on phone
• The address provided was incomplete or unclear
• The COD amount wasn't ready
• Delivery was refused
• The door/premises/office was closed
• A future delivery was requested but not confirmed

In such cases, you'll receive an email with a re-attempt link — just click and choose a new delivery date.

📌 Important: If no action is taken, we can't guarantee delivery.

If the package returns to us after failed attempts (RTO), we won't be able to resend it.  
Instead, we'll issue a partial refund (order value minus shipping and COD handling charges, if applicable). 
Still want the item? You're welcome to place a new order anytime.
