How to Take Care of Your Clothes the Right Way

Keep the graphic alive. Wash it right.

Turn it inside out. Cold water. Gentle cycle. Shade dry. No bleach. No tumble dry. Iron inside out on low if needed.

The DTF print is built to last — don't let a bad wash be the reason it doesn't.

 

How long will my order take to reach me?

Your custom apparel is made on order, so it takes 2–3 business days to print and dispatch. After that, delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your location. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

 

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Absolutely! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India. Simply select the COD option right on the product page — no need to navigate through multiple pages during checkout. Just choose COD, fill out the required details in one easy form, and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on SMS or email. You can stalk your order like a true desi detective 👀

Can I return or exchange my clothing apparel if it doesn’t fit?

If you received the wrong size due to a mistake on our part (for example, we shipped a different size than you selected), we’ll ship you the correct size absolutely free of charge — no returns or extra steps required. Just email us at contact@zuppi.in with a photo of what you received, along with the original packaging and shipping label visible.

However, if the correct size and color you selected at the time of ordering were delivered to you, we do not offer replacements or exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
