For Our Errors (Wrong Design, Print Defect, Damage in Transit):
We'll ship a free replacement. Email hello@junoshi.in within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the poster, the frame, and the packaging. We'll verify and process in 3–5 business days.
For Correct Items (Size/Design Selection Issues):
No exchanges or returns on custom-printed frames. Always check poster dimensions and frame size before ordering.
Fragile Item Note:
Framed posters travel with glass/acrylic and a wooden frame. Please record an unboxing video — this speeds up damage claims if the frame or glass arrives cracked.
